Assignment

You are the Dining Room Manager (DRM) for a startup restaurant that will provide full service to guests. As the DRM, you need to create a list of employees needed to provide quality service to the customers.

• Describe briefly style of your restaurant and style of service.
• Identify the positions in the Front of House that you will need to provide quality service.
• Identify each positions’ primary job function.
• Create an organizational chart for the reporting relationships of the dining room service staff.
