Do you feel that everyone should have a professional mentor? Why or why not? What makes someone a good mentor?
Employee retention is key for successful operations. What is the biggest factor in employee retention? What would be a factor that would potentially harm employee retention rates?
Employee development is equally important. What barriers to employee development have you experienced or researched? What could be done to overcome said barriers?
